COVID-19 times have been tough but have provided me with an opportunity, with time and patience, to scan old negatives and color slides that I used so much in my film photography. And, I rediscovered the beauty of the nostalgic and bucolic colors that these films (I used regular 100-200 ASA films from Kodak and Fuji) reproduced.
The photos I share are very old. They are from the 80s and 90s of some capitals of Latin American countries (Lima-Peru and Montevideo-Uruguay) of trips that I once made to participate in scientific congresses in a period that occupied the position of professor and researcher in the field of Environmental Chemistry in a Brazilian university. Good times were those. These colors not only fill the frame of nostalgia wonderfully, but me too.
